The ViaVia Traveler’s Cafe, which is designed by the FdR division of Urban Stream, has won the “Commercial Space Award” of 2013 CIDA China Interior Design Award. Through their synergy to build Mikonga Agri-Town with prefabricated construction systems, our Chinese and African teams met in Shanghai with Tongji University and Beixin Integrated Housing Co. to assess the process of prefabrication for Mikonga Agri-town construction in Congo, followed by a fruitful visit in Beixin Lianyungang factories of steel prefabricated structures.
